Spring rains have come to Nigeria at Easter time and it is planting season in Gwagwalada.  Our HVM sisters at the Formation Center are planting fruit trees in addition to rice, corn and tomatoes.

Thank to generous help from the Loyola Foundation, wall plastering is now in progress on the 2nd floor which will serve as convent bedrooms and study area when finished.  The twelve sisters are now doubled up on the 1st floor but will move upstairs to the 2nd floor when it is completed, leaving the downstairs bedrooms for guests and retreatants.
